The reclaim opportunity
VAT and fuel tax can amount up to 40% of total costs. Under certain circumstances, these costs are fully recoverable. VAT can add 15% – 25% to all aviation-related expenses. The same goes for the often-considerable Mineral Oil Tax (MOT) charge levied on jet fuel purchases.
