Für Mehrwertsteuerrückerstattungen aus Monaco gemäß der 8. Richtlinie: Anträge sollten elektronisch über das Portal eingereicht werden, das vom Mitgliedstaat des Antragstellers verwaltet wird. Für Mehrwertsteuerrückerstattungen aus Monaco gemäß der 13. Richtlinie: Anträge sollten in Papierform eingereicht werden, indem die Unterlagen in Papierform an die monegassische Mehrwertsteuerbehörde geschickt werden.
