Tech when it counts. Human where it matters.

The best compliance platform is the one you forget is there.

e-Invoicing should run in the background, like payroll or your bank feed. You raise invoices the way you always have. We make sure every one of them is compliant, cleared and archived in every country you trade in.

Onboarded in hours, not months

No six-month IT project. Your onboarding specialist works with your team to map out the best integration path and architecture, then supports you through the build, using ready-made connectors, an API, batch upload or a simple web portal. Our fastest integration to date took 27 hours.

e-Invoicing and e-reporting, handled together

Clearance models, Peppol and real-time reporting, all from one data feed. Your invoice and your tax report come from the same source, so the numbers always match. No reconciling two systems at quarter end.

Ready for every mandate, even the ones not live yet

Our regulatory team tracks mandates in every country, every day. When rules change, we update the platform before the deadline arrives. You hear about it from us, not from a rejected invoice.

New countries in as little as two weeks

Our platform is purpose-built for e-Invoicing & e-reporting. One invoice structure already covers around 90% of every mandate's requirement, so adding a country means switching on its rules, not building a new integration.

Accredited where it matters

Certified Peppol access point, GENA member, approved platform in France, Verifactu declared in Spain, accredited in Australia and Malaysia, an Accredited Service Provider in the UAE and more.

Where e-Invoicing is mandatory, and when it will reach you.

Mandates are rolling out country by country, each with its own format, deadline and penalties. Tell us the countries you trade in and we'll show you exactly what applies to you, and how long you have.

What we do

We run your e-Invoicing. You run your business.

VAT IT e-Invoicing is a fully managed service, not software you're left to figure out. Our tax specialists and onboarding team look after every step, from first connection to the archive.

We check every country you trade in and confirm which mandates apply, from when, and to which transactions.

Your onboarding specialist works with your team to map out the best integration path and architecture for your ERP, billing or AP platform, then supports you through the build.

Each one is checked for structure, tax logic and local rules before it leaves you. Most issues are fixed automatically.

Invoices go out in the right local format, signed and stamped where required, and cleared with the tax authority.

Everything is stored audit-ready, with e-reporting produced from the same data.

New mandate or rule change? We update the platform before the deadline and tell you what it means.

And when you need a person, you get one: a named specialist who knows your setup, not a ticket queue.

A platform that thinks ahead.

Behind the service sits eezi e-Invoicing, our cloud platform built by VAT IT's people, not bolted onto a document tool after the fact. It does the heavy lifting so our specialists can focus on the decisions that need judgement.

Security

ISO 27001, ISO 22301, SOC 2 Type II, BSI C5 and CSA STAR certified, GDPR compliant and independently penetration-tested every year. Multi-factor authentication, role-based permissions and eIDAS-compliant digital signatures as standard.

e-Reporting

Tax authorities don't just want your invoices. They want your data, in real time.

More countries now require transaction data to be reported as it happens, not at quarter end. Formats differ, deadlines are tight and the rules keep moving. VAT IT e-Invoicing turns the same invoice data into the reports each authority asks for, then submits them for you. One feed, both obligations covered.

  • Your reports always match your invoices, because they come from the same source

Frequently asked questions.
Can you cover all our countries with one integration?

Yes. You connect to us once, and every country runs through that same connection. When you expand into a new market, we switch it on as a setting. There's no new build and no second vendor. We cover e-Invoicing and e-reporting across 80+ mandates today, and we add new ones as they're confirmed.

What happens when a new mandate is announced?

Our regulatory team picks it up, usually long before the go-live date. We work out what it means for you, update the platform ahead of the deadline and let you know what, if anything, you need to do. In most cases the answer is nothing. You won't find out about a new mandate from a rejected invoice.

Why use one provider for e-Invoicing and VAT returns?

Because your e-invoices and your VAT returns are built from the same transactions. With one provider, the data that clears your invoices is the data that fills your returns, so they always reconcile. That means fewer mismatches for tax authorities to question, one team accountable end to end, and one contract instead of two. And because the same e-invoice data feeds VAT recovery, we can reconcile your expenses against it, find e-invoices that were never issued and recover the VAT behind them.

How long does onboarding take?

It depends on your systems and the number of countries, but it's measured in hours and weeks, not months. Our fastest integration to date took 27 hours. Your onboarding specialist scopes your setup and works with your team to map out the best integration path and architecture, then supports you through the build.

Do you handle invoices we receive, not just the ones we send?

Yes. We receive, validate and deliver incoming e-invoices into your AP system, as well as issuing and clearing the ones you send.

How long do you keep our invoices?

Every invoice is archived audit-ready, with retention set automatically for each country’s legal requirement, up to 10 years.

What’s the difference between clearance, post-audit and Peppol models?

In a clearance model, the tax authority validates the invoice before it counts as issued. In post-audit, you exchange invoices directly and the authority checks later. Peppol connects you through certified access points. We handle all three through one connection.

Are you accredited with tax authorities?

Yes. We're a certified Peppol access point and a GENA member, an approved platform in France, Verifactu declared in Spain, accredited in Australia and Malaysia, and an Accredited Service Provider in the UAE, with more on the way.

Do we need to change how we invoice?

No. You keep raising invoices in your ERP, billing or AP platform as you do now. We take them from there and make sure each one meets local rules.

Do we have to submit invoices in the local language?

No. You send in English. We handle local-language submission and translate any tax authority messages.

What if an invoice is rejected?

Most errors are caught and fixed before submission. If one does need a person, you get a single, clear alert telling you what's wrong and how to fix it, not a stream of system messages.

e-Invoicing made eezi-er.

From e-Invoicing to registration and VAT recovery, eezi gives you the control, clarity, and confidence to stay compliant; across borders, systems, and changing regulations.
