La normativa IVA in Turchia non prevede alcuna disposizione relativa alla registrazione volontaria ai fini IVA.
La Turchia applica l'IVA sui servizi digitali in base alla posizione del consumatore e le aziende straniere che forniscono servizi digitali a clienti turchi devono conformarsi ai requisiti IVA.
Oltre all'aliquota IVA standard in Turchia, esistono anche due aliquote IVA ridotte pari al 10% e all'1% (a seguito dell'aumento dell'aliquota IVA in Turchia nel luglio 2023).
