Die irische Mehrwertsteuerbehörde kann Originalrechnungen anfordern, wenn diese im Rahmen der Antragsprüfung als notwendig erachtet werden. Für Mehrwertsteuerrückerstattungen in Irland gemäß der 13. Richtlinie müssen Originalrechnungen als Teil des Antrags eingereicht werden.
Vierteljährliche Anträge auf Mehrwertsteuerrückerstattung in Irland müssen sowohl für Ansprüche gemäß der 8. als auch der 13. Richtlinie einen Betrag von 400 EUR überschreiten.
